Larry Waters is the founder and President of Electrify My Home, bringing over 40 years of HVAC experience and a deep expertise in home electrification. For more than a decade, he has helped homeowners transition to energy-efficient solutions like heat pumps, insulation upgrades, and air sealing. As an industry leader, he also trains contractors across California on best practices for home electrification.

Alex Sloan leads business operations and development at Electrify My Home. With a Master’s in Energy Systems from UC Davis and over a decade of experience in energy efficiency program design and implementation, Alex brings deep industry expertise to his training. He earned his BPI Building Analyst credential in 2013 and has led over 100 contractor and homeowner trainings on electrification topics.
